This is an educational tool to learn how to write better notes. The information may or may not be accurate and/or up-to-date. Do not rely on this website for patient management and do not enter confidential patient information.
Please also note that this is a static website, therefore none of the data entered will ever be sent back to the server. The only communications with the server after the page is loaded take place when a file from the library is requested.
This page is hosted on Cloudflare and they may collect data and/or use cookies for analytics purposes. By using this website, you aknowledge these facts and assume any privacy concerns or risks arising from them.
Keyboard Shortcuts

Saving Your Progress
To avoid losing your progress unexpectedly, the site regularly saves your work locally (on the device you are using). This backup is automatically deleted after 1 hour.
To manually delete the backup, simply click on the "Delete" button in the command bar.
Exporting Your Note
To export the note, simply select the format (.txt, .pdf or .doc) using the buttons on the top right corner or the keyboard shortcuts above. You can also copy the note to the clipboard using the "Copy" button.
Note: saving your note as a PDF file will first open the "Print" page. You can then set the printer as "Save as PDF".
Tips
- Use the semi-colon shortcut to insert library items efficiently.
- Use the tab key to navigate the template fields.
- You can insert images either from the library or by copy-pasting them into the note.
- Click on images once to resize them or twice to display them in full-screen.
